Margarita Ivanova is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of MGI Legal Ltd. With extensive experience in property and commercial law, Margarita is known for handling complex matters with clarity and precision, making the legal process straightforward and stress-free for her clients.

Her practice covers complex residential and commercial property transactions, lease extensions, enfranchisement, and corporate and contractual matters. She combines technical expertise with practical insight to deliver reliable and effective results.

Margarita is currently completing her Notarial Practice qualification at University College London (UCL), progressing toward authorisation as a Notary Public to assist clients in both domestic and international matters.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Latvian, she acts for a diverse client base across jurisdictions, offering a modern, seamless approach to legal service.
